In the project area, which is located directly on the waterfront, access and interaction between the users and the coastline have been carefully planned. Pedestrian pathways and outdoor space arrangements ensure that users can establish a direct connection with the sea, while a sustainable environmental approach has been adopted in this context. The residences and communal areas have been arranged with the aim of providing residents with a peaceful environment in their individual spaces while also creating opportunities for social interaction. This balance has been considered in both architectural and landscape design decisions.
