The Rinnova Villas

Rinnova İncek, built on an area of 25,000 m² in İncek, the ideal location for villa living, consists of 33 residences and social facilities. Adjacent to universities (TED College 9 km, Atılım University 3 km, Ufuk University 4 km) and hospitals (Çayyolu Güven Hospital 10 km, Beytepe Murat Erdi Eker State Hospital), this residential area is also striving to become the center of residential life.

In addition to the spatial comfort and personalization it offers, perhaps its most distinctive feature is the difference in outdoor use, namely garden life. It offers an experience where the landscape blends with the structure, providing direct contact with nature. The project, which features extensive recreational areas, well-defined and functional gardens, and a comfortable and functional spatial design for social facilities and villas, was meticulously designed over an extended period to offer a warmer and more human-centric lifestyle. The project incorporates smart home systems and eco-friendly technologies, including solar panels for electricity support and charging stations for electric vehicles, all of which are available for residents' use.

Proje alanının güneyindeki ofis kütlelerinin ortasında bırakılan alan olan “Ofis Plaza”, diğer meydanlara kıyasla daha mütevazı bir ölçekte, ofis kullanıcıları ve kampüs ziyaretçileri için bir sosyalleşme alanı olarak tasarlanmıştır.
Ölçek ve konum açısından proje sadece bir arazi parçası olarak değil, şehrin simgelerinden biri olarak ele alınıp kentsel tasarım kriterlerini göz önünde bulundurarak tasarlanmıştır.
