Avend Fera stands out as a project designed by ACE Architecture with a unique perspective, offering a modern interpretation of detached living enriched by high-quality landscaped areas. While preserving the fundamental element of privacy central to villa culture, the living spaces are reimagined to adapt to the dynamics of modern life.

Avend Fera, grounded in the desire to harmonize with nature, offers a holistic approach by blurring the boundaries between indoor and outdoor spaces through its open and semi-open living areas. The living spaces are designed as a cohesive whole to respond to different seasons, aiming to bring a fresh perspective to the traditional floor plan concept. Meanwhile, the living room, kitchen, and winter garden are integrated with the landscaping to create a bright and spacious living experience.

The main layout of the development directs the living spaces of the villas positioned along the outer edge of the site towards the views, while the units on the inner edge have their primary garden areas enriched with a recreational design located in the central zone. This configuration aims to maintain privacy while creating a harmonious composition with the shared landscape areas. The tranquility of the scenery, the calming presence of water and greenery, and the vision of children spending time freely and safely shape the design decisions that define Avend Fera’s identity. Comprising a total of 39 villas, the project offers different living scenarios tailored to diverse user lifestyles. With two distinct villa types, Avend Fera provides spatial variety that adapts to the needs and habits of families. The villas feature high-ceilinged living rooms and bathrooms and dressing areas dedicated to each bedroom, blending residents’ lifestyle standards with comfort.
