This exclusive project, developed by ACE Architecture in the Konacık neighborhood of Bodrum, embraces a design approach that harmonizes modern living with nature. Comprising 18 villas, the project is planned to ensure that each unit offers a life surrounded by spacious gardens and commanding views of the sea.

A view-oriented placement strategy was adopted in positioning the villas on the site. The living spaces are arranged to frame Bodrum’s unique sea views, ensuring that each villa becomes not just a residence, but an integral part of the surrounding natural beauty.

In addition to the private garden designs, the walking paths integrated into the shared landscape emphasize the sense of community within the site and aim to maintain a constant sense of vibrancy.
