Beytepe – Lodumu Residential Project

The project consists of three low-rise and three high-rise blocks, offering a variety of apartment types—ranging from 2+1 to 6+1—designed to meet diverse needs. The sloped topography of the site allows the buildings to orient toward the surrounding forest views without obstructing one another. The landscape design aims to integrate elements of nature into urban living. Urban furniture and water features placed throughout rest, leisure, and gathering areas encourage user interaction. Additionally, the sensory experience provided by the reflecting pool enhances the users’ sense of connection to the space.
