The project features two primary masses—the project management building and the production facility—which are visually and functionally integrated, yet designed to independently fulfill their specific operational requirements.
To maintain interaction between the buildings and ensure uninterrupted connection throughout the company’s production processes, physical access has been established through connecting bridges. The façades are designed with glass materials, opening toward an internal courtyard.
This design approach allows both management and production teams to observe each other’s operations, thereby enhancing transparency across all workflows.

Another key objective of the project was to create diverse indoor and outdoor spaces where employees can balance both their professional and social lives. Accordingly, the interior arrangements not only focus on the functional requirements of the offices but also incorporate areas that encourage relaxation, social interaction, and creativity.
Rest zones, collaborative workspaces, cafeterias, and open-air areas are evenly distributed throughout the office layout. Furthermore, the use of outdoor spaces extends beyond the building’s perimeter to include an internal courtyard at the heart of the project, designed to enhance interaction and solidarity within the company.
Various open spaces opening outward through horizontal and vertical façades are diversified according to employees’ needs, maximizing functional requirements.

The façade design has been shaped in alignment with the project's aesthetic and functional goals. While the building presents a more enclosed and private appearance from the outside—addressing security requirements—it maintains transparency and accessibility from the interior, encouraging interaction among employees. This balance demonstrates that the architectural approach is not only an aesthetic choice but also a functional and security-oriented solution.
