Panorova

The project site is located in the northern part of Adana, along the shores of the Seyhan Dam and near Adnan Menderes Boulevard, one of the city’s major arteries. Situated in a still-developing area, “Panorova” aims to bring the vibrant fabric of the city to life along the waterfront as well.

Panorova

The project is situated on a highly sloped site and integrates both residential and commercial functions. By utilizing the slope—a key design input—public and private spatial needs have been carefully considered, and dedicated areas have been defined for each function accordingly.

By employing a tiered podium system, Panorova functions as an extension of the terrain, aiming to create a public space along the shoreline by enhancing user circulation. This system, shaped by level differences, is designed to maximize access to the scenic views of the Seyhan River for all users. The organic design language not only improves circulation comfort but also contributes to the harmony between the architectural layout and the landscape.

Through the use of organic form and topography, a private inner courtyard has been designed at the highest level to serve residential life and elevate user comfort. This courtyard not only offers the scenic views promised by the river, but also introduces a green space that reflects the natural character of Çukurova. Various circulation systems developed for each tier and function ensure maximum accessibility to both the shared courtyard and the podium levels.

The residential units facing the shared courtyard are connected through customized spaces designed around common needs and are differentiated internally to accommodate various user profiles. Panorova aims to be an accessible, innovative design with high urban utility value along the banks of the Seyhan River. By transferring the density of the city center to the waterfront, the project seeks to create social vitality within the Çukurova District.
