Konsept Vera

At the core of the project lies the pursuit of finding what remains unchanged within change, seeking what is lasting, and offering an original interpretation through a contemporary perspective.

Within the scope of the project, a total of 62 residential units, covering 26,399.92 m², are located in two blocks positioned above a podium. Additionally, 69 home-office units with a total area of 13,431.30 m² are planned above a retail volume, which is designed as an open-plan commercial space of 22,885.60 m² with independent access points.

Thanks to the underground parking system in the residential layout, a pedestrian-prioritized outdoor environment is created, providing necessary recreational facilities to residents. The open retail planning seamlessly integrates the project area into the urban fabric, offering well-designed street patterns that encourage public use.
