Hoşdere Mixed Use Project
Located in Başakşehir, Istanbul, this project aims to create a modern living environment consisting of 693 independent units, offering a wide range of residential typologies from 1+1 to 4+1. The development comprises four parcels—K1, K2, K3, and K4. While parcels K1, K2, and K3 include both residential and commercial functions, parcel K4 is exclusively dedicated to residential units.

				Hoşdere Mixed Use Project
The distinction between residential and commercial areas is achieved through level differences, emphasizing the concept of privacy. This design approach maximizes users’ connection with their living spaces while ensuring the preservation of privacy.

To achieve cohesion across plots of varying sizes and locations, the project has been designed as a series of fragmented blocks. The block typologies across different parcels are conceived as variations of one another, offering both harmony and diversity within the overall design.

At the same time, the design aims to maximize green spaces, and the blocks are positioned to avoid obstructing one another, ensuring that all independent units receive ample natural light and ventilation.

A holistic design approach has been adopted by enabling connectivity between blocks within the same parcel through the basement levels. Focusing on the principle of sustainability, the project incorporates solar panels on the rooftops of the blocks and maximizes landscaped areas to create an environmentally friendly living environment.
