İlkbahar Residential Project
The project design is composed of three main structures: two towers positioned to avoid obstructing each other’s views, and a base block directly connected to the ground level.
The base block, which establishes a direct connection with the ground, is designed with terraces that expand open spaces and harmonize with the topography to support residents’ integration with nature and offer a seamless living environment.
One of the towers provides a variety of apartment typologies ranging from 2+1 to 4+1 units, while the other tower features a single apartment per floor, designed to create private spaces tailored for family members. This diversity in apartment types adds flexibility and variety to the project.

The massing design of the towers features curved forms to prevent obstruction of panoramic views. This approach not only optimizes sightlines but also visually distinguishes the buildings from the surrounding orthogonal structures, aiming to create a striking urban landmark. The curved forms impart a modern identity to the project, establishing a distinctive character that sets it apart from its context.

The façade design adopts a language that emphasizes transparency and openness, distinguishing itself from traditional residential façades in the areas facing the views. This approach allows the interiors to seamlessly integrate with nature while visually opening the building to its surroundings.
Designed with a modern understanding of transparency, the façades provide the project with a unique identity that is both aesthetic and functional. The landscape design complements the building’s organic form and adapts to the sloping topography of the site.
Through its nature-inclusive design, view-oriented focus, and distinctive form, the project aims to introduce a fresh perspective to Ankara’s urban fabric.
