The Hane Gölbaşı Project, located in Gölbaşı, Ankara, is designed on a 16,450 m² site featuring three distinct villa typologies, offering modern living spaces in harmony with nature. The site's slope and surroundings played a decisive role in the placement of each typology, establishing a strong connection between indoor and outdoor areas. The design aims to provide alternatives catering to diverse lifestyles while ensuring each villa integrates seamlessly with its environment.

Hane Gölbaşı
The two-story villas, named Efsane and Şahane, open onto the main garden through spacious living and kitchen areas on the ground floor, blurring the boundaries between indoor and outdoor spaces. This layout offers residents both the openness of interior spaces and constant interaction with nature. The three-story Seyirhane villa, in addition to its garden-level ground floor, offers larger volumes and a distinct living experience with its expansive master suite and generous terrace areas.
High ceilings and large glass surfaces have been used in the interiors to create spacious and bright living areas. This design enhances the connection between indoor spaces and nature, while elements such as winter gardens and garden terraces support continuous interaction with the outdoors. Particularly, the rooms on the upper floors are positioned more privately by taking advantage of the site's elevation differences, offering residents personal spaces.
