WATERBIRD OBSERVATION TOWER: Compared to other architectural topics, the waterbird observation tower has an almost negligible program. The building’s functions consist of a small exhibition hall, an administration office, and an observation tower. This simple program forms the main conceptual axis of the design team’s approach. The building’s form is defined by the contrast between the horizontal mass containing the exhibition hall and administration office, and the vertical observation tower.
