Beysuvera Residences
Beysuvera Residences consist of 73 duplex villas, which are connected to each other by an enclosed parking garage at the basement level. A residence is a space that forms the foundation and backdrop for our most precious memories—those moments that go beyond the everyday and mark the most significant events of life. The villa offers a new possibility within the busy life of modern humans. Unlike apartment living, it provides both independence and a neighborhood that respects privacy.
Establishing this neighborhood relationship has been an important design criterion in the project. Unlike apartment living, the most significant reason users prefer villa life is the direct relationship they can establish with the outdoor environment. Therefore, creating a high-quality connection between interior and exterior spaces has been identified as a key criterion in the design.
