Koordinat is a tribute to the character of the land. The positioning of the blocks is designed to create a sense of unity within the site without interfering with one another. The three tower blocks, along with the adjoining podium structures, bring the development down to a human scale while simultaneously generating varied spatial perceptions at the urban scale—establishing a layered architectural fabric.

Koordinat is a tribute to the land on which it stands. The positioning of the blocks has been carefully arranged to maintain spatial unity without disrupting one another. The three point blocks, accompanied by adjacent podium blocks, bring the development down to a human scale while generating diverse spatial perceptions at the urban scale, thereby establishing a layered architectural texture. This configuration not only allows light and air to flow freely but also integrates the site's 360-degree panoramic view as a fundamental component of the residential experience. Rising in harmony with the terrain, the building clusters make way for generous recreational and landscaped areas, which are organized into three interconnected zones within the project.

The courtyard–plazas flanking the main axis that leads to Koordinat’s primary entrance serve as transitional spaces that prepare residents and visitors for the residential access points. Within this pedestrian-oriented zone, a car-free recreational layout evokes the tranquility of a rural or coastal town, while green roof gardens covering the underground parking system allow the landscape—and thus greenery—to penetrate deep into the residential fabric. The housing mix within the project offers diverse lifestyle options, and the architectural solutions ensure a balanced coexistence for all age and user groups without compromising privacy.

The green space located on the slope adjacent to the complex is integrated into the site as a supportive element for landscape and recreational use, extending the natural character of the land. As a continuation of the entrance plaza, the project area contributes to the green fabric through open vistas and clearings. Designed with a strong emphasis on social amenities, the project includes walking and cycling paths, themed gardens, a pond and wooded areas, as well as sports facilities, children’s playgrounds, and an indoor social center.
