This innovative project, facing one of Kırıkkale’s main arteries, aims to redefine the city’s living dynamics through a mixed-use concept. Combining residential blocks with an open-air shopping mall concept, the design responds to both modern retail experiences and social living needs. The blocks are positioned with an angled layout, utilizing perspective effects to enhance spatial openness and visual clarity.

This layout not only offers an aesthetic solution but also serves as a planning strategy that optimizes the user experience. The central shared landscape area of the complex functions as an open-air shopping mall, creating a lively social environment throughout the day and adding a dynamic character to the project.

This landscape, harmonized with natural vegetation, offers visitors opportunities for relaxation, socializing, and enjoyable moments. The sunken courtyards integrated into the central landscaped area not only provide natural light and ventilation to the basement levels but also elevate the building’s relationship with its surroundings to a more organic and sustainable level. This design detail adds both aesthetic and functional richness to the project. The Mixed-Use Residential and Commercial Complex offers Kırıkkale not only an architectural landmark but also a fresh breath and a modern living hub for the city.
