							The project holds significant importance due to its contribution to the development of the area. A variety of apartment types and sizes (1+1, 2+1, 3+1, and 4+1) have been designed for the residential blocks, based on a study of nearby housing and office developments and in response to regional demands. The project also aims to provide users with healthy and livable environments. While commercial units are positioned along the street frontages in relation to the site’s elevation levels, a communal recreational space for the residences has been created at the center of the project. Thanks to the careful layout of the blocks, the interaction between the commercial areas and the residential units has been kept to a minimum.						
				
							Due to the limited number of recreational areas in its surroundings, the green spaces designed along the street frontages serve as a natural buffer against the noise of the city. With a mix of residential units in various sizes and commercial spaces, the project integrates multiple functions, offering a new-generation lifestyle alternative to Istanbul’s urban life. 						
				
													
							The green space located on the slope adjacent to the complex is integrated into the site as a supportive element for landscape and recreational use, extending the natural character of the land. As a continuation of the entrance plaza, the project area contributes to the green fabric through open vistas and clearings. Designed with a strong emphasis on social amenities, the project includes walking and cycling paths, themed gardens, a pond and wooded areas, as well as sports facilities, children’s playgrounds, and an indoor social center.
