Avcılar Mixed-Use Project

The Avcılar Residential + Commercial Project is a multifunctional building designed to meet the daily living needs of the local population within a multi-phase residential complex. Situated on a 2,963 m² plot and offering a total of 4,856 m² of enclosed area, this project has been shaped to address the requirements of modern living by providing both comfortable residences and dynamic commercial spaces. The project is conceived not only as a living environment but also as a collection of buildings that strengthen the surrounding social fabric, combining functionality with aesthetic richness.

Additionally, the project is enriched with recreational areas offering social amenities to its residents. These spaces are designed as open-air venues, separate from the commercial zones, where residents can relax, exercise, and participate in social activities. Landscaping, green spaces, and walking paths provide a peaceful environment while encouraging social interaction. These areas have been integrated into the project to create a healthy and sustainable living environment that enhances the quality of life for the residents.

In the design of the cultural center building, a modest yet striking architectural language has been adopted, blending the elegant lines of modernism with the aesthetic values of the past. This approach gives the cultural center a mission beyond being just a structure—it serves as a hub for art and culture that engages the surrounding community. The simple forms and natural materials used in both the interior and exterior design create a harmonious unity with the environment, while also fostering an atmosphere that deepens users’ cultural experiences. The interior layout of the cultural center is designed according to the function of each space, providing the flexibility and versatility needed for artistic events, exhibitions, and meetings. The building is equipped to accommodate both visual and performing arts under optimal conditions.
