Beytepe Office

Situated on a markedly sloped terrain, the office building is shaped by embracing the site’s natural levels as a key design parameter. The massing, composed of five independent units, has been developed through a fragmented organizational approach; thereby ensuring both harmony with the topography and spatial diversity among the offices. The separation of the volumes, positioned at varying elevations, generates a natural terracing effect. This not only creates open spaces directly connected to the landscape but also allows each unit to benefit from its own distinctive view and daylight potential.
