D8 Residences consist of 8 detached housing units, each occupying 622 m². The project is located on an urban parcel with a total area of 4,680 m². The site is situated in Beysukent, adjacent to Angora Homes, and shares similar zoning conditions. This area, while still developing with relatively new settlements, also presents the appearance of an architectural park featuring works by some of Turkey’s leading architects.
