				Ekol Beytepe Residential Project
Situated on a spacious 14,230 m² site in Beytepe, Ankara, a residential complex consisting of four blocks and a social facility serving the residents has been designed. The massing arrangement is shaped with consideration for the urban skyline, creating a harmonious and aesthetically cohesive relationship with the surroundings.
By providing varied viewpoints from different elevations, the design aims to strengthen each residence’s connection to its outdoor environment. The low-rise blocks are terraced into the terrain, creating garden terraces at multiple levels for each unit. This configuration seeks to offer residents a peaceful living experience immersed in nature.

The landscape design aims to create rich garden experiences at various levels that cater to residents’ diverse lifestyle needs and social interactions. This approach allows each apartment to connect with its own private outdoor space while simultaneously strengthening neighborhood relationships.
Designed with different family structures and lifestyles in mind, the project offers a total of 156 residential units across 16 distinct apartment types. This variety is planned to accommodate the needs of both small and large families.

The social facility goes beyond being merely a relaxation area by offering activity rooms, shared spaces, and social venues designed to foster interaction among residents. These spaces are conceived as elements that support the transition from individual to communal life, strengthening neighborhood ties.
The design adopts a functional and aesthetically integrated approach in harmony with the natural landscape to maintain a balance between people and nature. As a result, residents will live in an environment where they can find all the spaces and comforts needed for both personal and social life.
