Enada Mixed-Use
The “Enada” project is located in Ankara’s Mühye Valley, at the intersection of Turan Güneş Boulevard and Doğukent Avenue. The area currently falls short of its potential for commercial activity and public space utilization. The site features a natural elevation change along both the north-south and east-west axes, offering a topographical character that informs the design.
By combining commercial and office functions, the project aims to meet the demands of modern office life and retail needs, while also creating a public space that fosters social and cultural interaction.

Enada Mixed-Use
While traditional public spaces have consisted of plazas, streets, and parks, in the modern world these areas have evolved into venues for social, cultural, and artistic activities. The “Enada” project combines office and commercial functions to offer not only spaces for work, but also environments that support relaxation, interaction, and creative thinking. In this context, public spaces and plazas designed to accommodate social and cultural events are integrated into the project.
Two alternative design schemes have been developed for the project. In the first option, the plaza extends through an “allée” lined with commercial units and opens onto a viewing terrace. This area offers an enjoyable shopping experience with stores, restaurants, and cafés, while gourmet restaurants aim to promote cultural diversity. Rising above the commercial base, the office block blends open and enclosed spaces to provide comfortable and adaptable work environments.

In the second alternative, a more integrated massing approach is adopted, connecting units at different levels through a sculptural landscape stair. This stair functions as an internal axis that links the commercial and office units, while also creating open spaces that support pedestrian circulation. Additionally, dedicated “fine dining” areas are envisioned for gourmet restaurants.

The office block is strategically positioned to avoid surrounding buildings and maximize the site's view potential. This placement aims to establish a prestigious presence while ensuring a distinctive and prominent stance within the city skyline.
