İncek Mixed Use Project
The project site is located in İncek, Ankara, where nature meets the city. Situated on Turgut Özal Boulevard—one of the city’s most prestigious and exclusive locations—the project is designed to leave a lasting impression. Aware of the urban potential provided by the location, one of the project’s focal points is maximizing green spaces and strengthening their connection with residential life to create an integrated living concept.
Designed with contemporary and aesthetic values, the project offers a unique living experience characterized by a peaceful and refined environment, away from high-rise development. The overall design approach highlights the use of courtyards that serve both quality street-level commercial spaces and residential functions.

The stepped elevation of the commercial units, combined with a green-infused welcoming area, presents an inviting presence along the boulevard. In the residential layout, the placement of 1+1 and 2+1 apartments is arranged to preserve privacy. Considering diverse lifestyles, garden spaces are provided on the ground floor while terraces are offered on the upper floors as alternatives. Single-level parking facilities allocate at least one parking space per apartment. The permeable design of the floor lobbies allows natural light and ventilation while maintaining direct connection with greenery.
