Karamursel Tourism Complex

Aiming to become a sustainable and inclusive destination, the project blends innovative design strategies with a sensitive approach to topography, local culture, and environmental preservation.

The master plan strategically positions the development across the undulating terrain, preserving the site's natural assets such as existing vegetation and scenic views. Instead of constructing rigid and imposing structures, architectural interventions are organically integrated as extensions of the landscape, ensuring minimal disruption to the natural environment.

The project is shaped by a series of terraced platforms that follow the contours of the land, enabling a seamless transition between built and natural elements while optimizing landscape views. The development offers diverse accommodation types: a boutique hotel (hilltop suites), hotel-serviced residences (hillside suites), and for-sale homes (hidden suites). The boutique hotel serves as a social hub, featuring a rooftop lounge, a wellness spa, and gastronomy venues offering cuisine prepared with local ingredients. The hotel-serviced residences provide flexible options for various visitor profiles, ranging from compact studios to family-sized units. These residences incorporate traditional and lightweight architectural elements that engage in a dialogue with contemporary living.
