Rising as one of the symbolic focal points of the capital, Merkez Ankara is strategically located between the Atatürk Cultural Center and the new Ankara Train Station. This comprehensive masterplan brings together the historical and contemporary layers of the city, integrating diverse functions to redefine the dynamics of modern urban life.

The design approach, which considers office, retail, residential, and social spaces as an integrated whole, aims to offer users a rich urban experience.

The Merkez Ankara project presents an innovative design vision that aims to enrich the lives of its users and the residents of Ankara by offering the social, cultural, and recreational amenities they need through a pedestrian-oriented, sustainable, and contemporary proposal. The residential blocks, designed in a wide range of layouts from 1+1 to 5+1 to accommodate diverse living scenarios, contribute meaningfully to the city’s skyline. Prioritizing user experience, this spatial configuration provides both aesthetic and functional responses to the demands of modern life, while the integration of green spaces and elevated gardens seeks to reconnect urban living with nature.

As a new center of life shaping the future of the city, Merkez Ankara offers a contemporary contribution to the architectural identity of the capital. In harmony with the city's dynamic fabric, this user-centered design aims to establish a new culture of living in Ankara.
