Mesa Urla Residences

In an invited competition held by the client group, ACE’s concept project was selected first. The project is located in İzmir province, Urla district, in the Kekliktepe-Zeytinalan area, comprising two narrow parcels connected by a slender strip. One parcel overlooks the Urla coastal settlement and is situated on a steep, rugged hillside covered with maquis shrubland, while the other lies on a relatively gentler sloped olive grove. All housing types feature two entrances.
