This project, designed by ACE Architecture in Bozbük, Milas, draws inspiration from a unique architectural approach that blends modern living with the elegance of nature. Comprising 80 villas, the development aims to open each residence to sea views, surrounded by spacious and meticulously landscaped gardens. Blocks A and B consist of a total of 249 units, including 50 two-bedroom (2+1) and 119 one-bedroom (1+1) apartments, offering residents living spaces that are both functional and comfortable.

The project strategically positions each villa on its plot with a view-oriented layout. Living spaces are arranged to optimally frame Milas’s unique sea views, offering each villa an immersive experience that harmonizes with the surrounding landscape. Private garden arrangements provide residents with exclusive outdoor spaces, while communal landscaped walking paths encourage an active and social lifestyle. Social amenities such as yoga areas, stone benches, children’s playgrounds, and markets add a dynamic atmosphere to the development, enhancing the quality of life for all residents.

The social facility, located close to the coast, stands out with elegant details and the clean lines of modern architecture.
