Mode Villas Residential Complex

The Çayyolu Mode Villa Residential Complex is a villa development located in the Çayyolu district of Ankara, situated on two residential parcels measuring 9,849.97 m² and 22,124.13 m², respectively. The project comprises a total of 36 villas.
The project aims to maximize views for each villa by leveraging the advantages offered by the topography. Given the number of villa units, factors such as vehicular and pedestrian circulation within the site, as well as the distance and orientation between residences, played a significant role in shaping the design. In addition to essential daily living spaces such as the living room, bedrooms, kitchen, bathrooms, and parking areas, the villa layout also prioritizes dedicated zones for personal hobbies, including areas for entertainment, relaxation, and work.
In the outdoor layout, beyond the private gardens of each villa, a substantial portion of the site is allocated as a shared landscape area. This approach aims to foster a green ecosystem while also creating naturally shaded spaces that accommodate various family-oriented activities.
Through massing strategies, the project creates varied outdoor spaces that offer natural shading, while the façade design carefully considers solar orientation and indoor comfort.
