Mühye Residential Project

The project is located in Mühye Valley, one of Ankara’s prominent areas in terms of residential development and landscape, and consists of two high-rise blocks and one low-rise block.

By analyzing other residential projects in the area and taking into account local demands and needs, a variety of housing solutions in different sizes and layouts (2+1, 3+1, 4+1, 5+1) have been developed. The project aims to introduce an innovative approach to the existing residential fabric of the region.

The site's topographic characteristics have been utilized to enhance the project's potential, with minimal excavation and filling considered a contribution to sustainability. In addition, ensuring that each independent unit benefits to the maximum extent from the views and garden access stands out as one of the project’s key innovative aspects.

With environmentally conscious material selections, the project aims to serve as a model for the region, minimize environmental pollution during construction, and ensure that users live in healthy, well-ventilated spaces.
