Nefes Ankara is a mixed-use project located in the Alacaatlı district, with a total construction area of 70,964.89 m². Comprising 7 blocks and 236 independent units, the project offers a secure gated community lifestyle with easy access to urban amenities. The blocks are positioned in harmony with the urban fabric and with respect to one another, featuring volumetric movements and voids that define the project’s character and emphasize a human-scale design.

The project offers a living environment where residential and commercial functions coexist, operating as a vibrant urban fragment active 24 hours a day. With its pedestrian-friendly layout and retail opportunities, it aims to provide a healthy shopping experience across open, semi-open, and enclosed spaces. The commercial areas are designed on two different levels to create open-air shopping zones, making them suitable for post-pandemic conditions.

Nefes Ankara consists of 1 commercial and 6 residential blocks. Residential units are distributed across the blocks in varying sizes—for instance, 4+1 apartments are located in Block A, while 2+1 units are found in Block C. Large duplex apartments are offered with private terraces and garden areas, providing a villa-style living experience. Blocks B2 and B3 feature apartments of various sizes.
