Nefis Çankaya Evleri
Nefis Çankaya Houses are not merely a collection of buildings placed side by side, but rather a thoughtfully designed habitat that defines its own identity through the data of the site and its surroundings. Located on a steep, peninsula-like plot along the edge of the valley, the project is configured so that the placement of the buildings minimizes their impact on one another—allowing uninterrupted access to light and views for each unit. Prioritizing pedestrian movement, the circulation within the site is free of vehicles, and access is provided through recreational areas and walking paths.
The project aims to blend the built masses into the topography by creating a green fabric that surrounds the site, seeking to visually dissolve the architecture within the landscape. With a human-centered design approach and a respectful stance toward the natural terrain, the project adopts an organically integrated architectural language that appears naturally embedded within the site. The various plateaus embraced by the buildings form intimate plazas, while water features, green roof gardens, and recreational areas contribute to a refined and enjoyable landscape experience.

The design is planned to accommodate the various daily uses of residential life, offering both privacy and the capacity to host large gatherings simultaneously. The fluid spatial layout, interior living areas, and terrace gardens are conceived to complement and enhance one another. Through articulated façades and strategic use of elevation in the low-rise blocks, the perception of building height is minimized.







As one of the key factors in residential design, responding to evolving user needs has been a fundamental design criterion. The project comprises a variety of unit types and sizes-from 1+1 studio apartments to 5+1 luxury residences-carefully planned to meet the demands of diverse lifestyles. It is enriched with underground parking, as well as social and recreational amenities.

Proje alanının güneyindeki ofis kütlelerinin ortasında bırakılan alan olan “Ofis Plaza”, diğer meydanlara kıyasla daha mütevazı bir ölçekte, ofis kullanıcıları ve kampüs ziyaretçileri için bir sosyalleşme alanı olarak tasarlanmıştır.
Ölçek ve konum açısından proje sadece bir arazi parçası olarak değil, şehrin simgelerinden biri olarak ele alınıp kentsel tasarım kriterlerini göz önünde bulundurarak tasarlanmıştır.
