Spanning a total area of 111,000 square meters, the design comprises 721 residential units and 68 commercial spaces. Centering the Göksu landscape as a focal point, the project aims to maximize the lake view for each unit. Unlike conventional mixed-use developments, the commercial units are strategically placed at elevations with lake views, creating a versatile and distinctive commercial area.

Situated on a steeply sloped terrain, the project carefully plans the relationship between the blocks to make the most of the site’s topography. This approach not only ensures a sense of cohesion among the units but also creates a living environment that harmonizes with the natural slope of the land.
