Located in the district of Sapanca, this project stands out for its proximity to major cities and its strong connection to nature, offering visitors a holiday experience that is removed from urban life yet not isolated. Positioned on the slopes of a mountain surrounding Lake Sapanca, the development respects the site’s natural topography by employing a multi-level settlement strategy. This approach ensures that the residential units maximize their exposure to the surrounding landscape. Emphasizing the use of natural materials in its façade design, the project successfully evokes the atmosphere of a traditional local village.

The project consists of buildings arranged across three primary elevation levels, designed in harmony with the aesthetics of nature. It features four villas known as the “Owner’s Edition,” standalone hotel units with modular and harmonious layouts called the “Lake Edition,” and a hotel and spa/wellness complex positioned at the main entrance of the site, referred to as the “Forest Edition.” Each structure is designed to establish a strong connection with its natural surroundings while offering users distinct and immersive living experiences.
