Vantage Ümitköy

The project, which approaches the concept of luxury housing in terms of functionality and comfort, consists of two separate residential blocks in an already developed neighborhood in Ümitköy. The residential buildings, which consist of two apartments per floor, stand out from the surrounding housing stock with their 7+1 standard apartments, penthouses, and duplexes located on the top floors.

Vantage Ümitköy

A project of this scale needs to have something to say to its users. The resulting group of buildings should go beyond simply standing side by side; it should offer sensitivity and suggestions for people's lives and modern urban living. The “VANTAGE” project, which we are presenting to you, is a unique work designed with this purpose in mind, clearly expressing its own identity and lifestyle proposal.

After more than a year of preparation and production, every detail has been carefully considered, blending the building blocks of urban culture to redefine the concept of luxury. The “VANTAGE” project combines the lifestyle and prestige of villa-style living with the comfort and amenities of a multi-story building, offering you a unique view of Ankara. Each apartment features large floor-to-ceiling windows and terraces that bring the greenery of the surroundings into the living spaces, offering an outdoor living experience far exceeding standard expectations. From the moment you enter the building, you are enveloped by panoramic views, high ceilings, and wide windows designed to span the entire floor, creating a sense of openness and connection with the natural surroundings in every corner of the home.

The design has been created to accommodate the different uses of residential life throughout the day, allowing for both privacy and large gatherings, with a fluid spatial layout that integrates the interior living areas and rooftop gardens in a complementary manner. In the project, where each unit is allocated four covered parking spaces, green roof gardens and a spacious recreational area are enveloped by a landscape woven with Oktan Nalbantoğlu's delicate lines, creating a cohesive whole with walking paths, hobby gardens, and sports and entertainment areas.
