Yenimahalle Mixed-Use
Located in Ankara Yenimahalle at the intersection of urban focal points, the project is designed with an urban transformation approach that combines residential, office, and commercial functions, supporting a permeable and public lifestyle. The 35,203 m² area aims to create a dynamic urban silhouette that integrates with its surroundings through an open space concept that embraces the city, continuous commercial ground floors, and a shared architectural language.

Yenimahalle Mixed-Use
The project is located in Ankara Yenimahalle, at an intersection of urban focal points, between residential areas, sports and health facilities, transportation axes, and public buildings such as the municipality and courthouse. In this context, the project has been designed with a multi-programmatic urban transformation approach that serves the different functions of its surroundings and strengthens urban continuity.
The project area, totaling 35,203 m², aims to create a permeable settlement model that embraces the city and supports public life, rather than forming a closed building island isolated from the city. Accordingly, different types of uses such as housing, offices, and commerce are addressed together; rather than clustering these functions, they are positioned according to the corner points, focal points, and urban images within the area.
The project consists of 9 blocks with residential and office functions. Commercial units are designed to provide continuity at the ground level of the blocks, establishing a direct relationship with public life. The landscape system is addressed on two main planes. The open spaces at the lower levels, which provide access to the project, aim to integrate with the city and bring urban continuity to the project. The defined voids and permeable courtyards on this plane allow the city to permeate the project area, encouraging public use.
On the upper levels, more controlled and semi-private open spaces have been created for office and residential users. The relationships between the blocks have been strengthened by pedestrian circulation routes designed at different levels; these transitions are defined by arcades, creating a public circulation network that is both guiding and sheltered. In the facade design, a common architectural language has been adopted in parallel with the project's structure consisting of 9 blocks. However, blocks with different functions have been approached with subtle variations within this common language, providing diversity in external perception. This approach reflects the city's multi-layered and dynamic structure while aiming to create a holistic and harmonious silhouette with the surrounding buildings.
