Antalya Mixed-Use Project

Sur Yapı Antalya Karma Kullanım Projesi, 56.980 m²’lik bir alanda, konut, ticaret, ofis ve otel birimlerinden oluşan modern bir yaşam alanı sunmaktadır. Bölgenin gelişimine katkı sağlamayı amaçlayan bu proje, çevredeki yapıların analiz edilerek, bölgenin talepleri doğrultusunda çeşitli büyüklük ve metrekarelerde (1+0, 1+1, 2+1, 3+1) konut ve ofis çözümleri sunmaktadır. Ayrıca, deniz ve dağ manzaralarını en iyi şekilde değerlendirmek için tasarım kararları bu doğal unsurlar göz önünde bulundurularak alınmıştır.

Commercial units on the ground floors are strategically positioned to establish a strong connection with the surrounding environment, while the residential and office parcels feature spacious terraces and functional balconies. This design approach not only provides residents with spaces for social interaction but also creates living environments that seamlessly integrate with natural landscapes.
